The Pines Elanora Increases Bushfire Funds Raised To $10,000

Twas the season of giving and the kind volunteers of the 60 and Better Club Elanora embraced this by donating the proceeds of the Pines Christmas gift wrapping service back to The Pines Elanora for the Bushfire Fund.

The Pines Elanora responded by increasing the amount raised from $2825, to $10,000.

Centre Manager, Hilary Jacobs expressed her deep sympathy and support for the growing number of people affected by bushfires.

“The bushfire has impacted so many people in Australia. We want to thank the wonderful team of volunteers who are helping those affected and our 60 and Better Elanora Club, for their lovely gesture.” said Hilary Jacobs.

Hilary Jacobs continued: “The Pines Elanora offers a range of initiatives to support the local and larger community, one of which includes free space inside the centre for local charities, to support their fund-raising efforts, details can be found on our website”.

The $10,000 will be donated to the Rural Fire Service.
