Crunchy Chicken Tapas

Ingredients
- 4 skinless single breast fillets or 12 tenderloins
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup cream
- 1tbs cumin
- 2tbs coriander or basil, finely chopped
- 1tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips, finely crushed (ie Doritos)
Method
Marinate chicken breasts or tenderloins in the cream, milk, cumin, coriander or basil, Worcestershire sauce, and onion powder. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Roll chicken in tortilla chips. Bake at 180°C for 30-35mins.
Serve with mango chutney or sweet chilli sauce.
