It’s Spring!

They’re here! Our Pines Pawtraits Finalists

The response to our Pines Pawtraits competition has been incredible. We received more than 700 entries showing pets of the Gold Coast living their best lives in a wonderful natural environment.

If you haven’t viewed all the Pines Pawtraits yet, it’s a brilliant collection of pet photography by owners and so distinctly Gold Coast. See the natural charm and dog given talent for posing these animals have. There’s Rachel and Stuart, Blossom the Wessex Saddleback (that’s a pig!) and Echo the Coastal Python. Ren the Sphynx cat has no hair, and  there’s a smart Little Goat called Elliot, ready to party! They’re riding in bicycle baskets, dressed to impress, running on beaches and sitting by the creeks and pools of the Gold Coast! We loved going through them all and it was difficult to keep the finalists to just 60.

The most popular pet pawtrait and one lucky voter will WIN a $250 shopping voucher and the top 14 pets with the most votes will appear in the next 4 ASD Kids Calendar, on sale in November. 4 ASD Kids is a charity that sponsors kids affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders. Proceeds of the calendar will enable 4 ASD Kids to sponsor early intervention treatments.
The 4 ASD Kids calendar is a Pines Elanora community initiative designed to celebrate Gold Coast pets and make a difference to young lives.

Slime your school holiday fun

This Spring break bring the kids to The Pines Elanora where they can join in the messy good fun of making a slime cupcake at our Cupcake Making Workshops. You don’t need to make a booking but spaces are limited so be early. Tuesday 1st – Saturday 5th October, 10am-1pm, located near Kmart.
