We’re thrilled to announce an exciting new partnership between The Pines Elanora and Listen to Your Body Elanora!
As part of this collaboration, we’re offering an exclusive “Drop & Train” fitness session once a month, perfectly timed alongside the Drop and Shop Kids Club.

These special sessions are designed for parents who want to stay active while their kids enjoy the kids club. Held at the Listen to Your Body Elanora studio, located just outside near the library, each session is tailored to your fitness level, helping you achieve your health and wellness goals with expert guidance and support.

Wednesday 9th April – 1:45pm-2:15pm – Free Session
Wednesday 14th May – 1:45pm-2:15pm -Free Session
Wednesday 11th June- 1:45pm-2:15pm – Free Session
